Arrival in Tarvisio - Planica
Welcome to Tarvisio, surrounded by the imposing peaks of the Julian Alps, a meeting point of cultures and traditions.
In the afternoon, departure for Planica, a town not far from Tarvisio, famous for its ski jumping facility and visit to the museum on the history of this sport.
We recommend dining in Ratece in Slovenia, famous for fried chicken.

2nd day
Tarvisio - Malborghetto - Val Resia
Breakfast at the hotel.
1 stage Tarvisio-Val Resia KM 50
Pleasant bike ride along the Alpe Adria cycle path passing through the towns of Malborghetto and Ugovizza until reaching Pontebba, an important centre of the Val Canale inhabited already in Roman times.
Free lunch.
Then continue to the VAL RESIA, rich in history, traditions, crafts and folklore, immersed in unspoiled nature.

Departure for the village of Stolvizza located in the upper part of the Val Resia and visit the museum of the mill to discover an ancient craft, typical of the valley, between original instruments and demonstrations. Departure for Venzone and stop to visit the historic centre, which was restored after the earthquake of 1976.

In the afternoon Arrival at Cividale, one of the most beautiful towns in Friuli, close to the Julian Prealps, founded by Julius Caesar with the name of Forum Iulii, which became the capital of the Lombard kingdom. Short tour of the charming old town and a stop in one of the many cafes. Continuation to the Valleys of Natisone until Pulfero. Possibility, according to arrival times in Pulfero, to visit Caporetto and the war museum with internal guide.

Natisone Valleys, Collio
